Vendor email

Your wedding gets its own inbox, and a planner who reads it.

The most reliable way to organize wedding vendor emails is to stop mixing them with the rest of your life: give the wedding its own address, and give someone the job of reading every thread. In Juno, your studio comes with a dedicated planner address. Forward a vendor thread once, and June files it by conversation, pulls out amounts, dates, and commitments, and keeps your plan in step with what's actually been said.

The problem

Vendor email is where planning quietly falls apart.

Every vendor relationship is a thread: quotes, revisions, contracts attached to message four, a price change buried in message eleven. Multiply by a dozen vendors, spread across two partners' personal inboxes, and you get the classic failure mode: nobody is sure what was last agreed, and finding out means an evening of scrolling.

Folders and labels don't fix this, because the problem isn't storage. It's that nobody re-reads the threads. The information is technically there and practically gone.

How it works

Forward the thread.

01

Your studio gets an address

When you open a Juno studio, it comes with its own planner email address. Give it to vendors directly, or just forward existing threads to it.

02

June reads and files

Each message lands in your studio organized by conversation. June pulls out what matters: new amounts, changed dates, commitments, attachments. Each becomes a proposed update.

03

You review, June follows through

Extracted changes wait in a review queue; nothing touches your plan until you approve. When a reply is needed, June drafts it. You send it, or approve them to.

Attachments come along for the ride: a contract PDF on a forwarded thread lands in your document library, readable by June and linked to the vendor it came from.

Why a dedicated address

Better than sharing your inbox — for you and for privacy.

  • No inbox access required: Juno never connects to your personal Gmail or Outlook. You choose what the studio sees, one forward at a time.
  • Both partners see the same threads; vendor communication stops living in whichever inbox answered first.
  • The paper trail survives: every quote revision and confirmation is in one place when you need to check what was agreed.
  • When the wedding's over, your personal inbox isn't haunted by three years of florist newsletters.

Try it with your messiest thread.

Open a studio, forward the vendor conversation you've been avoiding, and watch June turn it into a plan you can approve.

Questions

Asked, answered.

Do I have to give Juno access to my personal email?

No. Juno never connects to your Gmail or Outlook. Your studio has its own dedicated address; you forward the threads you want it to know about, or give vendors the address directly. The studio only ever sees what you choose to send it.

What happens when a vendor replies to the studio address?

The reply lands in your studio's inbox view, threaded into the same conversation. June reads it, and if it contains something that affects your plan (a new price, a confirmed date), they propose the update in your review queue. You'll see exactly which email a proposed change came from.

Can June send emails to vendors on our behalf?

Only if you turn that on, and even then only per-message: June drafts, you read and edit, and the send happens on your explicit approval. By default they prepare replies for you to copy and send yourself. Either way, no email leaves without you seeing it first.
